Arsenal target Cristian Pavon has revealed to newsmen that he is yet to make any decision over his future. The youngster who was reported via TYC Sports to be Arsenal’s transfer target, further admits that he would love to play in another league, but he’s not sure when that will be.

Arsenal are believed to be keen on bringing the player to the Emirates stadium as Alexis Sanchez replacement. The Gunners have also shown their interest in Aubameyang and Malcom, but they are also vying for the youngster should they fail to sign the Dortmund and Bordeaux strikers.

While speaking to Fox Sports over his transfer speculations, Pavon admits he is aware that the North London club are interested in his service but all he is doing is to ensure maximum quality performance for his current Brazilian side Boca Juniors.

“I prefer to play games and not be focused on what happens outside (transfer rumors)” he said

The player who has a release clause of £27million in his contract with the Brazilian outfit also told reporters that he will need to sit down with his coach, parents and other concerned parties before he could finalize his decision.

“I will sit down to talk with my manager [Fernando Hidalgo], with my family, and I will see what happens,” he concluded

Pavon’s playing style has been likened to Lacazette’s by the Gunners faithfuls. They also believe that the player will be a prefect striking partner with the France international.

It is yet to be seen whether Wenger will want to prioritize the 22-year-old signature at the expense of established goalscorers Aubameyang before the end of the month.

Arsenal are now three points behind Tottenham Hotspur who occupy the fifth position in the Premier League standings. The Gunners defeated Crystal Palace 4-1 while Tottenham played a 1-1 draw against Southampton, thanks to Harry Kane’s equalizer.
