Arsenal star Joel Campbell has made a full recovery rather than expected from a knee injury after undergoing surgery at the end of the last season.

The Costa Rica striker was shipped out on loan to Spain and now it seems it won’t take long until he’s able to play again for the La Liga side

Campbell has finally been cleared to make his debut appearance for loan side Real Betis.

Campbell has been told by Betis doctors that he’s now able to play for his loan side after two months on the sidelines.

“Real Betis player Joel Campbell has finished the recovery process of his knee injury,” Betis confirmed.

“The Green-and-White winger was officially discharged yesterday, which makes him available for Quique Setién. The player is now training with the team without problems.”

Campbell has been sharing his recover process via social media and seems to be in fine spirits. However, the injury prevented him from having any sort of pre-season with his parent club.
