Kylian Mbappe’s future has been thrown into further doubt as Monaco boss Leandro Jardim has reportedly agreed a huge contract with Beijing Guoan.
A Bola claim that the 42-year-old coach has agreed a three-year deal with the Chinese Super League side worth €36million (£31.4m).
The only obstacle now in the way of Jardim’s exit is the settlement fee between Monaco and Beijing Guoan.
The Venezuelan has a €15m (£13.1m) termination clause in his contract with Monaco and the Chinese club have already fallen short with their opening offer of €8m (£6.9m).
Jardim has been with Monaco since the summer of 2014 and helped guide the club to the Ligue 1 title this season.
The Venezuelan has played a key role in Mbappe’s sensational rise this season, while he also successfully converted Fabinho from a right-back to a central midfielder.
