A host of Premier League giants are said to be interested in bringing Liverpool legend Gerrard’s cousin to their club.

But as things stand, Arsenal lead the race to poach City’s latest young star.

Man City have already lost one of their best youngsters this year, in Jadon Sancho.

The Under-17 World Cup-winning star joined Borussia Dortmund in the summer – as he felt he’d get more game-time at the Bundesliga giants.

Duncan has been on the horizon of many top clubs since he burst onto the scene with England’s Under-16s last year.

The youngster scored a tremendous hat-trick against Brazil – the first treble of any Englishman against any Brazilian team in history.

On his 2016 feat, Duncan claimed: “My dad used to give me a DVD to go and watch in the car and it had all of Steven’s goals on it.
