Arsenal target Isco has ruled out a switch away from the Bernabeu this summer.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to Arsenal since last summer and speculations were rife in the last winter transfer window that Wenger would sign the 23 year old. Though the move failed to materialize in January, it has been reported that Wenger could make a move to sign the midfielder again this summer with the club looking to bring in one or two marquee signings.
However, Arsenal weren’t the only one linked with the playmaker as fellow North London rivals Tottenham and Italian champions Juventus were also rumoured to be preparing a summer bid. It was even claimed that Madrid are prepared to sell the midfielder for around £30m.
But those rumours has been squashed as Isco revealed he is not looking to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.
When asked about a move to Juventus, Isco revealed he is happy to stay at Madrid and see out the remainder of his two years contract.
“Go to Juventus? I am very happy at Madrid. I want to see out the two years left on my contract,” Isco told Cadena Cope, as quoted by sport review.
Isco has scored two goals and created seven goals for his teammates in 25 league appearances this term.
