Arsenal will begin a London February tour of games with the visit of Aston Villa today and while current form may swing it in one direction, the history of this fixture would make the top-of-the-table clash to come on Saturday only a prelude.
There is a genuine feeling now, amongst Arsenal supporters, that the club has finally found stability this season and four wins in a row does not do much to disprove that.
The bad news definitely is that Alexis Sanchez will not be in the squad for the game as he has picked up a hamstring strain. The Chilean was involved as a substitute in the win over Brighton last week but has finally gone down under some pain this season having stayed up all through the games unhurt since he arrived Arsenal.
In midfield, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Danny Welbeck, Arteta and Wilshere are still out, according to Wenger and will not be in the Villa squad.
Despite this injuries, here is how Wenger is expected to line-up his side.
With an expected quality Arsenal bench, it is expected that Arsenal should cruise to a 2-0 victory at the Emirates.
