According to a report from BBC, Arsenal will wrap up a deal to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund as Alexis Sanchez’s replacement by Monday.
BBC Journalist, Jonathan Pearce, reveals he expects Sanchez and Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s moves to be sorted by then too.
Arsenal are on the verge of losing Chilean international Sanchez this January and have been linked with a move for Gabon international Aubameyang.
Mkhitaryan will now join Arsenal in a separate deal to the one which is taking Sanchez to Old Trafford.
Pearce reckons all three transfers will be done and dusted by the close of play on Monday though.
And he’s claimed a surprisingly low fee will be enough to prise Aubameyang away from Dortmund.
“Now, Arsenal’s next move of course will be to try and confirm the deal with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was once again left out of the Dortmund squad last night,” he told BBC Sport’s Football Focus.
“And he should come in for a fee of around about £35m.
“But, all of those deals, I think will be confirmed by Monday.”
