Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim has dropped a hint that Kylan Mbappe could leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window, according to the Independent.
Monaco, who won their eighth Ligue 1 title last season fear that French forward could leave the club.
Earlier last week Brazilian superstar Neymar has completed a world-record €222m move to PSG. and Leonardo Jardim after the 3-2 win over Toulouse has claimed that this it isn’t “always possible” to keep your star players.
After being asked about his star players future, Jardim said that “It’s important to keep all of the players who were important last season at the club, but down the years it has been shown that it is not always possible to keep hold of your players.”
Mbappe has been one most outstanding players in Europe last season and has attracted interest from hosts of European clubs including Premier League giants Arsenal and Manchester United.
Barcelona and Real Madrid have also expressed interest for the talented Frenchman who has scored 26-goals last season.
