Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on bolstering his side in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.
Arsenal 18 year old academy youngster has hailed the influence of Gunners Legend; Thierry Henry on his improved performance. Marc Bola is impressed with his improvement under the coaching guide of Thierry Henry and he is now eyeing a shot at first team appearance.
Bola is a regular for the Gunners Under-19’s and Under-21’s European side and he is hoping to make a first team appearance soonest. Bola is a left back and his positioning and risk taking has improved immensely.
The youngster was quoted as saying ‘’ I’m looking forward to the rest of this season because we have so much to go for and I personally want to earn my first pro contract.’’ Bola should be thankful that Gunners boss is a coach that ensures youngsters are given the chance to blossom at the Emirates.
Currently, the Gunners have Alex Iwobi, gradually forging his way into the first team due to Arsene Wenger’s style of featuring young talented players in cup competitions like the Capital One Cup and the FA Cup.
If Bola continue improving under Thierry Henry’s tutelage; soon he would get his wish of signing a pro contract and also stand a chance of making it to the Gunners first team, with only Kieran Gibbs and Nacho Monreal the only left backs keeping him away from becoming a regular.
