Arsenal have been given a bitter piece of news ahead of the coming season as on-going reports indicate that Bayern Munich coach, Pep Guardiola, who is set to quit the Bavarians in the summer when his contract expires is keen on signing Alexis Sanchez for whichever club he is likely to be coaching next season.
Guardiola has been reported to be making a move to coach in the Premier League next season and Manchester City seem to be leading the chase for his signature meaning a reunion between Guardiola and Sanchez could be on the cards. Guardiola signed Alexis Sanchez for Barcelona from Italian side Udinese during his spell at the Nou Camp and knows what the player could offer on the pitch.
The Gunners could be willing to sell the Chilean in the summer but he would cost a whopping £45 Million to prize him away from the Emirates with the attacker proving to be a valuable addition to the Arsenal squad since his arrival or alternatively, Arsene Wenger should resign at the end of the season and the Gunners could name Pep Guardiola as their next manager in the summer thereby avoid losing the Chilean in the process.
