Sead Kolasinac has signed a five-year contract with Arsenal, according to reports in Germany.
The Schalke defender has long been linked with a move to the Emirates, with some suggesting that he has already passed a medcial.
Manchester City and Juventus have also been chasing him, but it appears the Gunners have now won the race.
Kolasinac played for Scahlke against Hamburg on Saturday in what is widely expected to be his final home game for the Bundesliga club.
Fans appeared to wish the left-back an emotional goodbye after the 1-1 draw – with reports then emerging soon after the final whistle that his move to the Emirates was complete.
More than one media source in Germany have confirmed the news this evening that a five-year deal has been signed.
There has not been an official announcement from Arsenal, however.
