AS Roma and AC Milan will try to sign Jack Wilshere when he returns from his Bournemouth loan spell at the end of the season.
Few days ago, reports claimed the midfielder is concerned about his long term future, following Arsenal’s decision not to open contract talks with him yet.
Wilshere will have just one year left in his contract when he returns from Bournemouth and although Wenger has revealed that Arsenal will offer the midfielder a new deal, the player fears he isn’t in the club’s long term plans.
And according to Calcio Mercato via Football Italia, Roma and Milan will look to take advantage of the uncertainty surrounding the midfielder’s future.
Both clubs tried to take the midfielder on loan last summer but were snubbed by the player who opted to join Eddie Howe at the Dean Court.
They will try again next year and it remains to be seen whether any of them will be successful.
There have been a lot of talks about Wilshere’s future in recent weeks but I do not think we have seen the last of the midfielder at the Emirates. Wilshere is held in high regards by Gooners and it is everyone’s wish that he remains here.
The midfielder will have to focus on proving his fitness at Bournemouth first before talking about his Arsenal future.
