Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hinted that he will make signings this summer.
Thus far Arsenal have made only two signings a free agent left-back Sead Kolasinac and Lyon Centre-forward Alexandre Lacazette for a club’s record £52m fee, however, since then there has been no further arrivals.
Recent speculations linking the Gunners with a summer move for AS Monaco forward Thomas Lemar and Arsenal head-coach has promised fans that they are planning to make furthermore additions before the start of 2017/18 season.
“What’s next is to remain active. Not a lot [has] happened. I believe there are actually two ways to improve the team. First of all to improve the quality of what we do in training to improve the squad and improve the players we have, and secondly to bring more top-level players in,” he told the club’s official website.
