Three Arsenal stars could leave the Emirates at the end of the season, according to reports in the Daily Express.
Since the beginning of the season, Arsenal have been working on extending several players contracts and while some have put pen to paper on a new deal, some have rejected contract offers and others are yet to receive offers from the club.
Some of the players yet to be offered new deals include Jack Wilshere, Kieran Gibbs and Oxlade Chamberlain.
The Daily Star claim Wilshere is already attracting interest from Italy. AS Roma are ready to move for the midfielder in the summer after failing to sign him last summer.
Arsenal are yet to contact the player’s representatives over a contract extensions and there are fears within his camp that he may not be here next season.
Just like Wilshere, Gibbs and Chamberlain are yet to be offered a new deal and both players will also have one year left in their contracts at the end of the season. Their futures at the Emirates is also in doubt as a result.
None of the players are expected to leave Arsenal this month but they could be sold in the summer if their contract situation doesn’t change by then.
The report claims that Chamberlain and Gibbs who are already frustrated with their relative lack of playing time may be tempted to leave Arsenal at the end of the season if they aren’t approached by Arsenal before the end of the season
