Reports making the round suggest Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal shot-stopper Wojciech Szczesny in this summer transfer window.
The pole international is expected to return back from a two-year loan spell from AS Roma and reports suggest Juventus are planning a £7million bid to bring him back to Italy.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Juve are preparing to table a £7 million bid for the Poland international.
Per the report, Juve regards Szczesny as a long-term replacement for club legend Gianluigi Buffon and know he has only 12 months left on his Gunners contract.
The Gunners’ previously rejected the Old Lady’s derisory opening offer of £4 million, and the north London club are reportedly holding out for £20 million.
Szczesny joined Arsenal’s academy from Legia Warsaw in 2006 and has made a total of 181 appearances for Arsene Wenger’s men since debuting in 2010.
The Pole international hasn’t played a Premier League game since being fined £20,000 for smoking in the showers after a heavy defeat at Southampton on New Year’s Day, 2015.
