Liverpool and Tottenham have joined Arsenal in the race to sign former Manchester United striker, according to reports.
The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger claimed he would be busy in the ongoing transfer window and reports then linked the Frenchman with a move to sign a midfielder as well as a striker.
The Gunners were then linked with a move to sign Hernandez but Bayer Leverkusen were reluctant to let their prolific striker leave this month.
It was then claimed that the Gunners will try to sign the former Manchester United man next summer. Hernandez fueled speculations linking him with a move to the Gunners next summer by refusing to rule out a move to the the premier league at the end of the season.
And now according to Spanish publication Don Balon by the Metro, Liverpool and Tottenham have joined the Gunners in the race to sign the striker.
The report claims the Reds are monitoring the former Manchester United man.
Liverpool are currently struggling upfront with Daniel Sturridge being side lined for the majority of the season while Divock Origi and Christian Benteke has failed to impress manager Jurgen Klopp.
Hernandez has already scored 11 goals in 14 appearances for the Bundesliga side this term.
