The Gunners have reportedly entered talks to finally sign a striker this summer.
French-born Gabon international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is reportedly close to a switch to the Emirates according to reports from France.
Popular French media outlet France Football claims the Gunners have entered talk with Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund over a deal to bring Aubameyang to England this summer.
The pacy 26-year-old forward has been linked to Arsenal in recent weeks, with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger searching for a World class striker to sign this summer.
The French boss is keen on providing Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud with both competition and support ahead of next season and Aubameyang has been identified as the man Wenger has chosen.
This report however, is coming amid earlier claims of a £28.7million offer from Arsenal been turned down by the German club for Aubameyang.
But now, Arsenal are said to have returned to Germany with the hopes of convincing Dortmund to sell the star, who is said to be also interested in a move to England this summer.
