Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on bolstering his side in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.
Inter Milan manager Roberto Mancini has dismissed speculation that midfielder Marcelo Brozovic will leave the club in the January transfer window, according to reports.
The Gunners were heavily linked to the Croatian recently with a fee of £18 Million bid to take the midfielder to the Emirates.
Mancini gave a briefing ahead of Inter Milan’s first league game of the New Year after the winter break that Inter Milan are determined to keep hold of Brozovic who he described as a player with incredible qualities.
The Gunners are yet to announce any new signing in the January transfer window; although it is rumoured that a deal for FC Basel’s Egyptian international could be finalised soon, as the club are battling to help him get the work permit and register him on time so he could feature for Arsenal against Sunderland in this weekend’s FA Cup.
Brozovic would have added more steel to the Gunners midfield and he would have deputised properly for the injured Santi Carzola and Francis Coquelin as the Gunners hope to maintain their charge for a first Premier League crown since 2004. They sense this is their season and are going all out to see it happen.
