Arsenal are highly reputed for their very good scouting and development programme as hitherto budding talents are discovered at very early stages and transformed into world stars.
Names like Cesc Fabregas, Theo Walcott, Jack Wilshere, quickly comes to mind as some of the lot that has grown through the ranks to a blossoming senior professional career in recent years and there seem to be no end in sight for this rich discovery tradition as the Gunners have once again poached on young talented Reading Defender Jordi Osei-Tutu who joins the youth side.
Jordi (16) a utility player who can also operate from the central midfield position as well as the flanks, was one of the stand out names for Reading’s Youth team last season.
Jordi joins Tolaji Bola, Joshua DaSilva, Marcus Agyei-Tabi, Nathan Tella, Joseph Willock, Edward Nketiah, Kostas Pileas, Charlie Gilmour, Vlad Draomir and Yassin Fortune as other youngsters that have joined the gunners youth ranks and would be placed on scholarship contract.
Three young professionals Hugo Keto, Stephy Mavididi and Jeff Reine-Adelaide were also drafted in to the side.
