Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on bolstering his side in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.
Arsenal Under-21 midfielder Dan Crowley has admitted that he wants to go out on loan to get valuable playing experience, according to the report on Arsenal’s official website.
The youngster, though 18 years of age has featured regularly for the Gunners Under -21 and he is keen to keep developing by playing first team football.
Crowley has previously gone out on loan to Barnsley in League One before he was recalled from the loan deal in October last year by the Gunners.
Arsenal signed Crowley under the elite player performance plan from Aston Villa where he started his playing career when he was only 16 years old. He has represented both England and the Republic of Ireland at the youth level; it is yet to be seen if he will eventually pledge his allegiance to the Three Lions in the future of opt to represent the Republic of Ireland.
He was part of the Gunners squad that went on pre-season tour of Singapore last summer and he featured agaianst Singapore selected XI.
It is still unknown if Arsenal boss; Arsene Wenger would sanction his loan deal after seeing Serge Gnabry’s loan deal cut short from West Brom while French defender Mathieu Debuchy is likely to depart in the January transfer window.
