Arsenal whizzkid Ben Sheaf has signed for League Two side Stevenage on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 19-year-old has made just two appearances for the north London side and will relish the opportunity of first team football.
The youngster began his career across London at West Ham, before transferring to Arsenal’s youth academy in 2014 – he has also appeared for his home nation, England at U-16 and U-19 levels.
The midfielder is versatile, able to play in an array of positions including centre-back and right-back.
His strongest position is in the centre of the park, and that’s likely where Stevenage boss Darren Sarll will use him.
Sheaf could make his debut this weekend when Stevenage travel to Chesterfield on Saturday.
