Arsene Wenger have told Real Madrid to include Alvaro Morata in its bid to sign Alexis Sanchez according to reports.
Sanchez has been linked with a move away from the Emirates with reports in Spain claiming the Chile international has already told Wenger he wants to leave the Emirates this summer.
Real Madrid are believed to be interested in the forward and would attempt to bring him back to the La Liga before the transfer window closes.
Don Balon via Goal, are now claiming Arsene Wenger wants to sign both Rodriguez and Morata as Madrid make their move for Sanchez.
The report claims Arsenal would demand Morata in a swap deal should Madrid make a move for Sanchez and then make a move to sign Rodriguez.
Arsenal have been in search of a striker all summer and the club were linked with Morata in June. Wenger would now try to use Madrid’s interest in Sanchez to get his man.
However, Madrid are not the only club interested in Sanchez as Inter Milan are prepared to offer as much as €80m for the forward.
Arsenal have been linked with Rodriguez all summer and would use the opportunity to open talks to sign the Colombian.
The club have been relatively quiet in the transfer window so far but the boss is still working hard to bring players to the Emirates before Tuesday’s deadline.
