Another day, another twist in the Sanchez contract renewal saga. Gooners have been made to endure a difficult last few weeks as different newspaper came up with different stories about the Chilean’s Arsenal future.

From reports claiming the player has demanded an outrageous salary to reports of other clubs being interested in the forward and all these have unsettled the Gunners fan base.

And now the latest is that the player has given three conditions if he is to sign a new contract at Arsenal.

Spanish outlet Don Balon [ as reported by The Daily Star] claims Sanchez is unsure if he should sign a new deal at Arsenal.

While it is normal for a player to be unsure where his future lies, the report shocked everyone by claiming the Chilean wants a change in manager.

They claim Sanchez is of the opinion that Wenger has given his best and doesn’t have what is needed to take the club forward, so Arsenal need someone else to take charge.

Secondly, they claim Sanchez is demanding a new deal worth around £300,000 a week to reflect his status as one of the best players in football.

Thirdly, Sanchez wants the club to sign more world class stars and also keep Ozil at all cost.

It also claimed the forward wants to be the main man at the Emirates and want to see the club challenge for titles on a regular basis.

Well, I must say this is the most ridiculous report I’ve read about the Chilean’s future in recent weeks. There’s actually no problem for a player to demand more ambition from his club but talking about who is manager of the club is ridiculous.

I don’t think there is any player in world football who would have a say on his club’s managerial decision. There is no player bigger than a club and i’m sure any player who puts up these sort of demands will be shown the exit door.
