Arsenal have officially announced a three year deal with Chinese Lottery company DJI Holdings today via the club’s official website and official account on Twitter.
The deal which will the see the Chinese company become the Gunner’s official lottery partner in China, has caused a major uproar from fans who vented their frustration via Twitter, questioning Arsenal’s decision to not bring in a striker this summer.
Arsenal have fumbled in front of goal so far this season with just Olivier Giroud finding the back of the net just once and Theo Walcott yet to score despite being handed opportunities, while both have been guilty of wasting clear cut chances to put the team ahead on several occasions.
Club legends Paul Merson and Thierry Henry have led the charge against Wenger and Arsenal and it appears fans are now at their wits end as well with their latest Twitter reaction on this new three year deal.
@Arsenal @DJIHoldings hope you know what ur doing we have no ambition as a club the fans are loosing patience top 4 is ok #WengerOut #AFC
