Arsenal have added former Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini to their list of potential managers to replace Arsene Wenger should the club sack the French man this summer, according to reports.

Arsene Wenger’s future have been the subject of speculation in recent weeks with the Gunners reportedly eyeing a host of top managers in Europe which includes, Ronald Koeman, Manuel Pelligrini and Diego Simeone.

According to Italian Newspaper Corriello Dello Sport via HITC sports, Arsenal are now interested in offering Roberto Mancini the Emirates Job should Wenger leave the club this summer.

The three time Serie A winner has come under fire at the San Siro after seeing his side drop from top of the table to fourth position five points out of the Champions League Zone and has been linked with a move to Russia with CSKA Moscow reportedly interested.

Mancini led Manchester City to the Premier League title in 2012 before he was replaced by Manuel Pelligrinin in 2013, the Italian then moved back to Italy but his second tenure at the San Siro side hasn’t been Spectacular as he is struggling to guide the 2010 Champions league winners to a UCL spot.
