Arsene Wenger has claimed that he is still undecided over the future of Arsenal’s midfielder, Jack Wilshere who has been rumoured with a summer exit from the club.

The injury-prone Englishman enjoyed a successful loan at Bournemouth last season, but his time on the South Coast has been interrupted due to leg fracture which also keeps him out from the start of the 2016/17 campaign.

The 25-year-old midfielder has entered in his final year at the Emirates Stadium, and the Gunners head-coach appeared to suggest that fan favourite midfielder could leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window.

Asked whether he expects Wilshere to stay, Wenger told reporters: “That decision is not completely made, I want him to have a chance to play somewhere as well. We have to decide that a bit later.

“[His chance at Arsenal] has not passed because he has the talent to be regular, but he has to come back to competition in a consistent way.”

England international midfielder has been with the Gunners since the age of 9, and during his time with the club, he has managed to make 159 appearances
