According to the Mirror, Talks between Arsenal and Ozil over a new deal have stalled again.

The playmaker wants £350k-per-week in wages, which would take him above the likes of Hulk and Gervinho in the Chinese Super League and level with Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale. However, Arsenal are supposedly only willing to give him a measly £275k-per-week.

The north London club are said to be sick and tired of the 29-year-old’s attitude during games with his display against Watford on Saturday being the last straw.

Arsenal are therefore looking to sell him in January transfer window instead of losing him on a free in the summer when his current contract expires.

As the Express says, Inter Milan are allegedly the only team that want to sign the former Real Madrid star and, if they formalise their interest the Serie A club would more or less have a clear run at signing Ozil in January.

Last week, Ozil’s agent Dr Erkut Sogut reported that talks were going ‘positively’ and his client wants to stay in the Premier League for ‘two to three’ more seasons.

The 29-year-old German international has scored 32 goals and collected 57 assists in 166 games for the Gunners.

Mesut Ozil has also won the plenty of silverware in that time as well, he has helped his club win three FA Cups and three Community Shields during his time in England.
