The Gunners are said to have finally reached an agreement to complete the transfer of French midfielder.
Arsenal are set to sell Mathieu Flamini to Galatasaray this week.
According to Turkish media outlet Medya Haber, Arsenal have reached an agreement to seal the transfer of defensive midfielder Mathieu Flamini away from the Emirates Stadium this summer.
The Gunners are keen on adding quality signings this summer and are aware of the need to free up space in order to bring in their targets.
Flamini, even though he made the squad for the Gunner’s pre-season tour of Singapore, has always been on the fringes at Arsenal, after falling down the pecking order to an in-form Francis Coquelin last season.
There had been reports that Arsenal had been listening to offers for the 31-year-old star, and now Medya Haber claim Flamini will move to Galatasaray with the deal set to be completed within 24 hours.
Flamini has just a year left on his contract at the Emirates, and is set to become the second Arsenal player to move to Galatasaray, following the transfer of Lukas Podolski earlier this month.
