Bad Transfer News For Arsenal As 2nd January Signing Suddenly Turn Down Emirates Move

Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on bolstering his side in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.

Transfer window has opened and on-going rumour suggest that Celta Vigo star man is prepared to stay in Spain rather than move to the Premier League thereby choosing Barcelona over the Gunners. The 29 year old was an academic product of Barcelona before moving away after failing to break into the first team.

Nolito has now set his heart on a return to Barcelona but the release clause in his contract could give the Gunners a glimmer of hope to sign him in the January transfer window.

Nolito has a release clause of €18 Million which Barcelona finds a little too costly and are already eyeing a replacement for Nolito in case the deal with the Celta Vigo star doesn’t materialize.  Villarreal’s Denis Suarez is another name in the Barcelona wish list; meaning Arsenal could still sign Nolito if Barcelona fails to meet the asking price for him.

According to Sport; the Celta Vigo star is ignoring interest from Arsenal in favour of a move to Barcelona in order to reunite with Louis Enrique who coached him at both Barcelona B and at Celta Vigo.

The Barcelona hierarchy are ready to meet Enrique’s demand for a new back up striker behind Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar as Sandro and Munir have proven inadequate of filling that position so far this term.
