Alvaro Morata may be heading to the Emirates Stadium in the coming days, according to the Mirror.

Morata is expected to return back to Real Madrid this summer and then be sold immediately and the 23 year old has talked up the possibility of moving to the Premier League.

Arsenal have been seriously linked with the striker as Wenger attempts to bolster his strike force while incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is also keen on signing a striker.

Wenger is prepared to pay above £30m to bring the striker to England but Chelsea are also prepared to rival Wenger for the striker’s services.

Morata wants his future resolved as soon as possible, preferably before the Euros.

Morata said: “Hopefully everything will be resolved before then, because it is uncomfortable to be helping your country with phone in hand.

“My wish is to succeed in Madrid, but Madrid have great players and what I want is to play and feel important.

“There are some offers from England that are tempting, not only because of the contract. I think my characteristics mean the Premier League would be a great destination.

“With what I have learned in Italy, if I have the chance to learn something more in England I think it would make me a more complete player.

“I am 23 years old and I want to progress, to play and learn from the best.”

Morata believes his move to Juventus has made him a better player and he has a lot to offer now.

He added: “I have won everything you can win in Italy, I have reached the final of a Champions League, I have created goals and I have grown as a player and a person.

“I think I’m a different player from at Real Madrid – the little guy who went running out at the Bernabeu with all the enthusiasm in the world.”

PSG are also interested in the striker who scored 15 goals in 63 Serie a games for the Turin giants.
