Chelsea welcome Arsenal at the Bridge this Sunday but Jose Mourinho and his men are no happy hosts.
Arsenal will this weekend take a short bus trip to Stamford Bridge to take on Jose Mourinho’s men for the continued ‘super Sunday’ classics.
Chelsea, who have a short history under Jose Mourinho of thumping the Gooner’s in such encounters will be looking to continue their fine run of form against the Gooners on Sunday afternoon when they welcome Arsene Wenger and his men to the Bridge.
Wenger, who over the week celebrated his 18th year as manager in charge of one of Europe’s most elite club – capped the day with a beautiful performance displayed by his side’s 4-1 thrashing of Galatasaray in their second UEFA Champions League clash at the Emirates. Will be looking to also put up a great fight against the Blue’s after so many failed attempts in recent years. ( i am not going to bring up last season’s 6-0 thrashing ).
Arsene Wenger’s squad will be short in numbers due to the injury epidemic currently sweeping across his side early in the season yet again with captain Mikel Arteta and Aaron Ramsey joining the already long list of injured Arsenal stars at the club after the duo both picked up a calf and hamstring injury respectively in the Gooner’s North London derby last weekend.
Despite the reduction in numbers of the Arsenal team, here is a predicted Arsenal starting line-up against Chelsea.
Abou Diaby, who should play as a supporting defensive midfielder alongside Flamini will be the only change to the Arsenal starting eleven as against the Galatasaray line-up during the midweek.
It is Expected that with this line up the Gooners should comfortably cruise to a 2-1 victory (my guess). going by the team’s current burst of confidence upfront. COYG!!!
