Arsenal are preparing to launch a bid for Marcelo Brozovic in the next few days, according to reports in Spain.
Brozovic has been linked with a move to Arsenal in the past two summers but somehow a move hasn’t materialized.
There is no denying the fact that Arsenal are big admirers of the midfielder, as several credible media outlets have repeatedly reported our interest in the past.
Earlier in the summer, ESPN claimed Arsenal are considering a move for Brozovic but many didn’t take it serious because we were trying to bring in a striker at that time.
It appears the time to make a move for Brozovic is now close and Marca via Sport360 claim a concrete bid will be made to sign the midfielder this week.
Inter Milan are willing to sell the Croatia international and Wenger who thinks he can be a useful player at Arsenal could now make him the club’s final summer signing.
It wasn’t stated how much Brozovic will cost but he is expected to take up a considerable amount of money since he signed a new deal with Inter last summer.
Inter need to comply with the Financial Fair Play rule and would be happy to sell a midfielder who isn’t a starter for them if they receive a good offer.
Brozovic won’t be a starter at Arsenal either but should Wenger make a move for him, it means there’s something the boss must have seen in the midfielder that is making him so keen.
