Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on bolstering his side in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.
Arsenal have officially called off the loan deal of German Under-21 star Serge Gnabry from West Bromwich Albion after the youngster could only be afforded 12 minutes of Premier League football since moving from the Emirates to the Hawthorns on a supposedly season long loan.
The youngster is now officially on his way back to the Emirates Stadium but there are claims that he may well be on his way out again this transfer window.
Reports indicate that Championship outfits; Brighton and Hoves Albion are reportedly keen in taking Gnabry on loan for the remainder of the season. The Seagull’s started the season in a sensational manner but Chris Hutton’s men are currently lying 4th on the log and are keen to get back to promotion places by injecting new faces into the squad in the January transfer window.
Brighton currently parade Manchester United’s young England international striker, James Wilson and it would be nice to have Gnabry join the fold to help boost their promotion chase. The young Gunner would surely have more playing time in the Championship in a bid to imrove his game and break into the Gunners first team in the nearest future.
Arsene Wenger and co will look to find the youngster another club for the remainder of the season as it would be hard for him to get game time with the Gunners during this campaign, so a loan deal would be the ideal fit for Gnabry and Brighton are ready to offer that option to the youngster.
