Arsenal will face off against Atletico Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano in second leg of their Europa League semi-final.

The Europa League is the Gunners’ only chance of silverware this season and securing qualification for next season’s Champions League.

Arsenal will be hoping to give legendary manager Arsene Wenger an ideal send-off after 22 years with one final piece of silverware.

However, they are up against it going into the second leg with the aggregate score at 1-1 and Madrid having an away goal advantage.

Speaking ahead of today’s clash, Wenger said he wanted to finish his “love story with Arsenal well” with one final trophy.

He said: “I don’t know what I will do next season. At the minute I think I would like to finish well my job.

“I believe a man has to give his best as long as he is somewhere, with all my commitment and energy I would like to walk out of Arsenal one day and think until the last day I focused only on Arsenal.

“When my job is finished at Arsenal I will see where I go from there but I want to finish this love story well.”

Tonight’s match will be Wenger’s 250th European game in charge of Arsenal.

Confirmed Arsenal starting lineup: Ospina – Bellerin, Koscielny, Mustafi, Monreal – Ramsey, Wilshere, Xhaka – Özil – Lacazette, Welbeck.
