According to media reports, Serie A champions Juventus have allegedly offered a transfer deal to Arsenal midfield maestro Jack Wilshere, with the player’s deal set to run out at the end of the current month.
The Gunners are trying to keep him at the Emirates Stadium, having missed out on England national team’s World Cup squad that will head to Russia. Jack Wilshere did not appear on the Gunners list of playing staff released, meaning that the North London club have offered him a fresh contract.
Tuttomercatoweb, according to Football Italia suggest that Serie A champions Juventus have tabled a deal worth €4.5million to the Englishman, as they try to bring in a second English midfielder for free.
The midfielder’s current contract situation has lingered for a while. He has been heavily linked with a transfer away from the Emirates Stadium, where the midfield maestro has spent almost his entire football career apart from a loan stint at AFC Bournemouth and Bolton Wanderers.
The Arsenal contract rebel has suffered a number of injuries in his Gunners career but has seemingly recovered from all of that pretty well this term.
