The Gunners kick-started their UEFA Champions League campaign with a 2-1 defeat to Dinamo Zagreb in Zagreb
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger insists that his team were “unlucky” in the match against the Croatian champions on Wednesday night.
The manager claim that Dinamo’s first goal came from an “offside” position, adding that Olivier Giroud‘s sending off by the referee was quite harsh and unnecessary.
Although Wenger admitted that his team was not at their best, he however insisted that his side did well having played with a man down for most part of the game.
Wenger also called for the fans and media not to rush into any judgment on his side, rather they should judge them after the six games in the group stage.
