AFC Bournemouth are leading the race to sign Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere, according to bookmakers Ladbrokes.

Wilshere joined Bournemouth on a season long loan in the last transfer window and the midfielder has quickly established himself as a key player in Eddie Howe’s side.

The England international who recently revealed he is enjoying his time at the Dean Court has thrown his Arsenal future in doubt by claiming he would consider leaving the Emirates if Wenger doesn’t give him assurances about his future.

Ladbrokes via HITC Sports are claiming should Wilshere decides to leave the Emirates permanently, Bournemouth are favorites to sign him and are placed at 7/4 to do so.

London rivals West Ham are also believed to be in the running to sign Wilshere and they are placed at 9/2 to take the England international to the London stadium.

Wilshere has had a tough couple of years at Arsenal due to injuries. His move to Bournemouth was intended to help him build his fitness and then return to the Emirates. However, he has been exposed to the benefits of playing regularly and doesn’t want to return unless he is assured of regular game time at the Emirates which is unlikely.

This wouldn’t go down well with many Gooners like me who want to see the fan favorite return to the Emirates and play a key role in the team in the future

Arsenal are keen for him to return to the club at the end of the season but there is a small possibility that the midfielder may leave. He is already into the penultimate year of his contract and it could be difficult to convince him to sign a new deal if he isn’t sure of getting regular football at the Emirates.
