Following his 22 years at the Emirates outfit, it is expected that Arsene Wenger leaves his job this summer. The Frenchman has been largely uninspiring for the past two years. Having won the Premier League in 2004, Arsenal are yet to taste Premiership glory in almost 15 years.

According to ESPN, Arsene Wenger will be replaced by Germany national team coach Joachim Low if he decides to step down this summer. While the German’s availability and suitability to the job is in question, the fact remains that he is one of the leading managers touted to take over from the former Monaco boss.

In similar but somewhat different fashion, The Star also claims that Arsenal have been monitoring the situation of Massimiliano Allegri at Juventus. It is rumoured that the Gunners hierarchy are stunned by the master class performance Juve pulled during their win against derby rivals Tottenham.

The Italian manager is under some pressure at Juve as his team play second fiddle to Napoli on the Serie A log. For Juve, winning the Scudetto is an expected outcome; failure to win their prized league will be a massive blow, especially for the fact that they have won the title six times in the last six years.

The Arsenal managerial role still dpendes on Wenger and the board, but there is little doubt that these managers will easily fill the boots the Frenchman might leave.
