On-going reports suggests that Arsenal will likely make a last ditch move to sign Paris St. Germain’s Argentine international; Ezequiel Lavezzi in the January transfer window. The Gunners failed to add a single outfield player to their squad last summer, with only former Chelsea goalkeeper joining the gunners.
Arsene Wenger has identified out of favour Paris St. Germain player Lavezzi as a potential target and they are ready to move for the player in the January transfer window. Lavezzi is in the last six months of his contract and would be available on a cut-prize as the Parisians would rather sell him in the January transfer than risk losing him for free at the end of the season.
Lavezzi joined the French Ligue1 Champions from Italian Outfit SS. Napoli in 2007 for €30 Million after previously playing for Estudiantes, San Lorenzo and Genoa. The 30 year old plays on the left side of the wing but and would prove to be a bargain should Arsene Wenger sign him but there is already reports making the rounds that Barcelona have concluded a deal for the Argentine to move to Nou Camp when their transfer ban is lifted in January.
