Real Madrid Spanish midfielder Isco is said to be the toast of English Premier League sides; Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City, with the Gunners reportedly leading the race for the talented midfielder’s signature.
The 23 year old is growing frustrated with the lack of playing time he is getting under Rafael Benitez at the Santiago Bernabue. With the European Championship set to commence in June next year; Isco is determined to move away from the Santiago Bernabue outfit in a quest to getting regular playing time and increase his chances of boarding the plane with the La furia Roja squad to the competition hosted by France.
Arsene Wenger have shown interest in the creative midfield player; with the latter asking the Gunners board to make a move to sign the player in the coming transfer window.
Luka Modric and German super star has made it hard for Isco to get a starting place in the Madrid squad; so a move else- where looks to be on the card. He has featured for Real Madrid 20 times in all competition, scoring on 3 occasions and creating an assist on 8 different times. He is under contract at the Bernabue till June 2018.
It is a straight battle between Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City for his signature as it would not be easy for any of the clubs to have a smooth ride in securing Isco’s signature, the club with the biggest need and interest would definitely sign the midfielder in January.
However, recent reports claim the Gunners will beat the other two EPL sides to Isco’s signature in the winter transfer window with the player eager to join up with Mesut Ozil at the Emirates, having seen the exceptional performances of his former teammate.
