Fresh Update: 21 Goals In 29 Apps Striker To The Emirates Deal Done?

Arsenal are set to make a sensational swoop for former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez, after it was revealed that Alexis Sanchez personally pleaded with manager Arsene Wenger to sign the Mexican.

Sanchez, has been instrumental to the Arsenal since signing from Barcelona last year, and is highly respected by everyone affiliated to the club. He believes Hernandez would be the top class striker Arsenal are looking for, and feels they will link well at the club.

Hernandez, 27, has been in sensational form since leaving Man Utd for current club Bayer Leverkusen earlier this season scoring 21 goals in 29 appearances so far this season.

Arsenal are in need of a striker, and have set about finalizing their list of targets, but with Sanchez suggesting the goal-machine for them, Arsenal are now looking to bring him to the Emirates. The prospect of a linkup between Sanchez and Hernandez would be mouthwatering for the majority of Arsenal fans.

And also the chance to get one over Manchester United since Robin Van Persie swapped the Emirates for the Old Trafford would be ecstatic for Arsenal fans.
