Good News: Walcott Hints At Return To Action For Gooners This Weekend!!

Arsenal long time absentee – Theo Walcott, who has been out of action and on the treatment table since the start of the year with a Cruciate knee ligament injury he picked up while on duty for the Gooners in a North London derby against arch rivals, Tottenham Hotspurs.

It cant be denied that Walcott has been missed by every Arsenal faithful. With his blistering pace down the flanks leading to scintillating counter-attacking football capable of changing any game at any time and against any opponent.

His long awaited return surely has at one point or the other left many Arsenal fans in cloud nine, just as i have been left a couple of times daydreaming  – when i would finally see both Walcott and new-boy Alexis running down the flanks for Arsenal tearing apart opposition defence with their blistering pace and of course trickery mostly on the part of Alexis Sanchez.

Such a day was surely bound to come. And now the wait looks all but over this weekend as the 25-year-old is touted to return to action for the Gooners in the home match against Burnley this Saturday.

Walcott who has been updating his fans while on the treatment table as well as rehabilitation process which he had to undergo on his way to full recovery has once again taken to his official account on popular social media outlet Instagram to reveal his likely participation in this weekend’s League match against Burnley at the Emirates.

We cant wait to see him in action and possibly back to his best to help Sanchez carry the burden of goalscoring as well as creating assists for others as we wait the return to action of another croaked star – Mesut Ozil.

Below is the picture post by Walcott.

Training going well this week. Looking forward to the weekend! ?? #afc #COYG #SpeedMatters
