“I have worked here for 19, 20 years and I’m always sitting here having to justify that I’m good enough to do the job.”

“I have no problem to cope with everything but I find that a bit boring in the end.

“I always have to convince you that I am good enough. I worked for 35 years at the top level.”

“I am humble enough every day to question myself, to accept my mistakes, and believe me I do that,” he said.

“After that as well there is no coincidence that the people who own the club tell me to be here for 19 years. Do you think they are more stupid than you or me?

“I am not on Twitter. I don’t invite anybody to go out to dinner and be nice with them. I work and work and work and work. If it’s not good enough someone will tell me one day.

“That’s all I can do. I do not worry what you say about me or what fans say about me. I try to do my job in a proper way and with full commitment. After that everybody has the right to have an opinion.”

No. Wenger, you are not good enough. A good manager will not go trophy less for good 9 years. A good manager will not be satisfied with being in the 4th placing. A good manager is one who will always aim to complete fro 1st placing. Yes, it will be tough but Wenger’s actions in the past years in regards to buying players and tactical acumen (old same style of playing and mistakes that never change) did not showed he is serious of being champion.

    Oh no
You may be good enough to make a lot of money, but certainly not good enough to win the league or get the best out of your players
Let me remind you of the potential of Walcott, Chamberlain, Wilshere, Ramsey, Giroud but the fact is they remain potentials under your coaching. On the other side Mahrez, Vardy, Marcus Rashford, and so many becomes deadly, while yours bottle up everything.
Your answer to cover for LeCoq is Elneny and you expect to challenge for the league. Time to go Wenger, you have saved enough money for Stan, it is time to challenge for trophies.
Do you remember your objectives behind building the Emirates? I guess not or may be they were a lot of lies as usual.
