Arsenal are set to secure the services of their longtime transfer target, Julian Draxler on a loan deal from PSG.

After a positive negotiation between the player and Arsenal representatives, Arsenal failed to pay the price tag placed on the player in 2014 by Shalke 04. The deal thereby failed to materialize.

According to report, Arsenal are currently considering buying the player on a loan deal from PSG to serve as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez. However, they will have to battle Liverpool for the signature of the player.

Draxler 24, who can play comfortably as a striker or midfielder has seen himself moved down the pecking order so as to accommodate Neymar and Kylian Mbappe who were purchased during the summer transfer window from Barcelona and Monaco respectively.
Despite moving to the midfield position, Draxler still performs wonderfully ensuring that he creates many goalscoring chances for the strikers to score.

He’s wanted by Arsenal to fill the gap that might be created at the attacking midfield position once Ozil leaves the club in January.

With Draxler goalscoring ability, he can also fill in the gap that might be created by Alexis Sanchez if he leaves the club for another club.

Draxler is a German player who once played for Wolfsburg before he moved to PSG.

Arsenal are ready to let go off Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez after placing huge  price tag on them.

Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola is interested in bringing the Chilean striker, Alexis Sanchez to his club so as to boost his squad who are firing from all cylinder.

Manchester City are the premier league leaders with 34 points having played 12 games.

Draxler is valued at 35,00 Mill. € according to transfermarkt.
