Arsenal vs Manchester United. Emirates Stadium. 4th Of October 2015.
Arsenal will welcome to the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, Premier League leaders Manchester United for their 8th match of the 2015/2016 season.
Arsene Wenger made two enforced changes in the win at Leicester, with Per Mertesacker replacing Gabriel, and Mathieu Flamini coming in for the injured Francis Coquelin.
Ahead of the visit of United, Laurent Koscielny has been ruled out with the hamstring problem that forced him off in the midweek defeat to Olympiakos.
Gabriel is expected to earn a recall alongside Mertesacker, whilst Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal should continue in the full-back berths once more.
Further forward, Coquelin returned in midweek following a knee injury and is set to earn a recall, with both Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta ruled out.
Wenger must also decide on whether to retain Theo Walcott up front. The England forward has shown strong recent form in front of goal, though Olivier Giroud will be the fresher option having missed out in midweek through suspension.
Danny Welbeck, Tomas Rosicky and Jack Wilshere remain on the sidelines through injury.
Having said this, here is how I expect Wenger to line-up his side against Louis van Gaal’s side.
