There has always been a transfer tussle between the big guns of the Premier league – Manchester United and Chelsea are typical example as they battle for players in the last transfer window.

According to latest report, Manchester United are preparing a double swoop for Celtic star players Kieran Tierney and Moussa Dembele.

The aforementioned stars drew scout from most of the Premier league clubs on Tuesday when they took on Bayern Munich in the Champions league.

United have been without an established left back, playing Ashley Young as a makeshift left wing back. Although the Red Devils have been heavily linked with a move for Danny Rose, Tierney has been rated highly as the Tottenham star and United are keen on a deal for the Scottish rising star.

Meanwhile, Dembele was sought after in the last summer transfer window but he decided to stay put with his club. Having scored three goal in five league appearances, he is been chased by a host of clubs.

While Kieran Tierney signed a long term contract yesterday, United are not deterred and they will attempt to lure him and his team mate to the fortress of Old Trafford, claims the Mirror.

Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly interested in the services of the players but United are front runners for their signature. While the transfer window is heavily inflated, the report claims, both players will cost a paltry £50million (€57million).
