Lucas Perez could be set for a move back to the La Liga as Spanish clubs continue to show interest in the striker.
Perez completed a £17m move to Arsenal last August but his time at the Emirates hasn’t gone as he anticipated.
After a turbulent first season, Perez is now looking to leave Arsenal with a return to Spain reportedly on the cards. The Gunners are also open to letting him leave with the Gunners announcing the signing of Alexandre Lacazette.
Espanyol and Deportivo La Coruna are both interested in signing the striker this summer.
According to Spanish publication Sport via Sport Witness, Arsenal are happy to let the striker leave for €15m and will sanction a deal should Espanyol or any other club meet that price tag.
€15m wouldn’t be too much for a striker who has proven himself in the Spanish league and also impressed the little time he was on the pitch for Arsenal but AS via Tribal Football claims Deportivo are hoping Arsenal will reduce its demands.
It is not stated how much Deportivo are willing to pay but should Espanyol be prepared to meet Arsenal’s demands, then he would be off to the Catalan giants even though he might favor a move back to his former club.
Perez struggled for game time last season and a move away from Arsenal back to a league he is familiar with could just be the best for him.
