Hull City vs Arsenal. 4th May 2015. KC Stadium.
Arsenal will take a short trip, on Monday night, to KC Stadium to take on Hull City.
The Gunners will go into the game against Steve Bruce’s side without first choice right-back Mathieu Debuchy, as the Frenchman has been ruled out with a “little hamstring” injury.
Debuchy who is only returning from a shoulder injury he sustained during Arsenal’s 3-0 victory against Stoke City in January, when he crashed into an advertising hoarding at the Emirates Stadium will certainly be unhappy with his latest injury, as he only managed a game since his return in April.
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, while speaking to the press ahead of the Tigers game said that the 29-year-old defender picked up the injury during training and will be out for Monday’s clash.
“He has a little hamstring problem. Monday could be too early for him. He got the injury in training.” Wenger told Arsenal Player.
Arsenal however, has competent replacements for injured Debuchy in Hector Bellerin and Calum Chambers.
