Arsenal are set to sell a number of foreign players this week after reaching the limit for non-homegrown players.
Two names are high on the list with Spanish forward Lucas Perez and former French international Matheiu Debuchy set to be shown the exit door.
Perez 28, signed from Deportivo La Coruna last season, and after making his debut in a 2-1 win against Southampton, was used sparingly for the rest of the campaign, only making 11 league appearances and featuring well in the EFL cup and FA Cup, his most notable contribution came in the form of a hat-trick against Basel in the Champions league.
With Welbeck, Walcott, Giroud and Lacazette ahead of him now in the pecking order, he is considered surplus to requirements at the club and would likely be moving back to Deportivo.
Mathieu Debuchy on the other hand joined Arsenal in 2014 from Newcastle and has had an injury-ridden Arsenal career, he sustained an ankle injury barely a month into his Arsenal career that kept him out till 2015, by which time Hector Bellerin had emerged, loss of form and further injury troubles limited him to just 13 league appearances in his three years at Arsenal. He has a year left on his contract but would be allowed to leave on a free transfer this summer.
Another player that might leave is Olivier Giroud, with Everton and West Ham showing interests in signing him.
