The former Barcelona Boss has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier league after he revealed he will be leaving his post at Bayern Munich at the end of the season.
His latest comments now put in line to take over at Arsenal as Arsene Wenger’s contract at the Emirates will expire in 2017. The Frenchman will be closer to his 69th birthday by that time and the Gunners will already be looking for a potential successor.
The Bayern Munich boss told reporters in Germany : “When I sign a contract I will announce it
“Maybe it will be two years until I will coach a team in England.
“I am very happy about my experience in Munich. I am working until my last second here.
‘After that I will go home and wait to see if it is possible to move to England or not. If it’s not, then I won’t.”
Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City are all reportedly interested in the 44 year old tactician. Manchester City are thought to be favourites to win the race for the manager.
